We ship our products via UPS economy. If you wish to receive the item quicker please ask us about alternative methods prior to purchase. Our shipping rates apply to the 48 contiguous states of the United States only.

The address that you supply us with during the checkout process, the address that is on the purchase order and your receipt, is your default address. Your item will be shipped to this address. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided to us. It is the customers responsibility to review the shipping and tracking information once it has been sent and received. If address correction is needed you MUST notify us immediately.

We only ship out our Products on Fridays and Mondays, regardless of the ship date given. We reserve the right to change the shipping date at any time.

If Free Shipping is offered, free shipping would apply to the 48 contiguous states of the United States only.

International buyers contact us about shipping quotes.

We are not responsible for any customs fees for international shipping. Buyers assume all fees related to customs, taxes, etc.

5-1-22. Any and all estimates given are only good for 3 Business Days due to current supply line issues regarding wood materials and supplies.

If, and when, dimensions are provided for bench seats for the expressed purpose of cushions, it is the buyers responsibility to verify and manage the dimensions required for proper sizing cushions. We submit to the buyer sizing of the bench ONLY. NOT CUSHION SIZING. We do not provide dimensions for cushions, or any other similar item, to the buyer.

Stain colors are for reference. Actual product and stain color may vary compared what to is displayed in the listing. This is acceptable trade practice. We use lacquer based finishes. When color matching the lacquers may yield a different than the product we are matching to. This may be the result of UV exposure, wood substrate or normal use over time. We take the necessary time to produce an acceptable color match per industry standards as stated above.

We reserve the right to make any dimensional or design changes to any product at any time without notice.

INSTALLATION. We make every reasonable attempt to provide the buyer with the necessary instructions and materials needed to install the product per industry standard and per install materials listed within each individual listing. BUYER is responsible for professional installation procedures and protocols while installing. Additional supports and hardware may be required due to the intended use and purpose of the product. Buyer is responsible for any additional costs associated with their particular product and its installation , its intended use and the additional costs therein.
